This is going to sound paranoid at first. I get it. But stay with me. Your best ideas - the ones you work through with ChatGPT or Claude - don't belong to you. They belong to the platform. Not metaphorically. Literally. The conversation history is d on their servers. Their terms of service govern access. Their retention policies determine how long it sticks around. Their outage determines whether you can reach it. That's fine for casual stuff.
