I've been through a whole journey with this. Here's every method I tried, and why most of them failed: The Graveyard Screenshots: Worked great until I needed to reference something. Then they became a pile of unsearchable images. Dead end. Copy-paste into Google Docs: Too much friction. I'd paste, lose formatting, spend 5 minutes fixing it, then stop doing it after a week. Platform bookmarks: The platforms keep redesigning their interfaces. My bookmarks broke twice. Never again. Taking manual notes: Loses the actual conversation - the back-and-forth, the corrections, the full context.
