128GB Mac Studio - Help?

My brother and I purchased a very powerful Mac Studio, I was using stable diffusion for a bit but on the cloud with a 16GB Mac air book. Can someone give examples of their use cases and experience with such powerful hardware? What should we do or how could we create business level value?
