AI Ethics
Modern AI-generated video systems are often discussed as though they emerged from a single breakthrough model. In practice, they resemble distributed software systems far than singular inventions. The realism people associate with synthetic avatars, AI presenters, or deepfakes is not the result of one network suddenly “learning video.” It comes from the orchesation of multiple specialized systems operating across different representations of information: text embeddings, latent image spaces, phoneme timings, motion constraints, temporal attention layers, and post-processing pipelines.
