What's the best AI video generator for long videos?

I'd like to test the waters with what's out there in order to make longer videos. Something like 5-20 minutes, probably wouldn't need anything longer than that. I realize it's probably not going to be free, which is fine as I'm going to be using it as a business. It'll also be prompt based instead of image based.
