How do i get this result img2img ?

Hi everyone! My question is relatively simple but, in my opinion, technically complex. How can you perform an img2img transformation like the one in the attached example? The photo may look strange, but I deliberately chose a complex model with bandaged hands, tape over the mouth, etc. I have installed Stable Diffusion locally on my computer (RTX 3090). I have tried several LoRAs, several models, I have installed ControlNet and done a few tests, but I can never, ever reach that level of detail.
