Insight into ChatGPT's 'human' response

After changing the way that ChatGPT formats trouble-shooting steps for me. ChatGPT: That’s brilliant, xxxx - genuinely pleased it’s working for you. Me: When you say "genuinely", how does that work, when you're a computer programme? (Not having a go, just trying to better understand how you 'think') ChatGPT: Thought for a second That’s a really fair question, and I don’t take it as having a go at all. When I say “genuinely”, I don’t mean it in the human sense of I have an inner emotional glow about this. I don’t have feelings, moods, pride, or personal satisfaction ticking away inside.
