What is the --novram thing in regards to LTX? I saw someone briefly explain it in a way that made it sound like it causes your GPU to not even get used, but I assume I misunderstood. (I'm a noob, and I need some help understanding a few things about video generation)

Can someone explain about how this "--novram" thing works and why it is able to do video generation at such high speed if it doesn't even use the GPU/VRAM? The post I saw about it made it seem like it makes the model not even use your GPU at all and it does everything by "streaming it from system ram" (DRAM) or something like that.
