OSS UI with Skills support similar to Claude?

I just want to copy-paste my claude skills to be able to use with local models, is there is anything that can dynamically detect my skills similar to claude? so far I have found nothing. openwebui is too complicated, still no correct skills. jan looks perfectly, but quite limited enough to use only as a chat.
