We Built a 100K-Line Enterprise App Using AI — Here’s Why Vibe-Coding Couldn’t

We generated an AI-native Aircraft MRO system - 55 entities, 78 API endpoints, 114 UI components, over 100,000 lines of code - in under a week. The blueprint took less than an hour. The conventional process to create a blueprint with similar detail would take four months. It consists of 44,000 lines of server-side code and 63,000 lines of UI code. Overall, the AI-generated code is 50%-60% of the production application code. Our assessment is that the server side has 40%-50% stubbed code that needs to be completed.
