Anyone know which art style / LoRA this is?

Hey everyone, I've been seeing these art style floating around on Twitter and Pixi lately and I think they look cute. The post themselves were tagged with AI. I couldn't help but feel that I know the art style itself though on the tip of my tongue, does anyone know who the artist is or what LoRA was used? Both of these image were posted by the same user.
