stable-diffusion-webui-codex v0.3.0-beta is live (now with link 😅)

Hey! just merged the de branch into master, which means the v0.3.0-beta release of stable-diffusion-webui-codex is now live. lots of new implementations, tweaks, and bug fixes. btw, there is also an optional PyTorch 2.9.1 build with FA2 available for Windows (SM80, SM86, SM89, SM90). no, the default build doesn't come with FA2 built in, because Windows. Implemented FLUX.2 tabs, model metadata handling, and prompt-token counting. Implemented native LTX2 video generation. Implemented LTX2 text-to-video and image-to-video UI exposure.
