Should I build an AI Aesthetic Form Generator, or is the market already too crowded?

I've been thinking about building an AI-powered aesthetic and relatable form generator focused on conversations and psychology instead of just "drag and drop forms." Most form builders feel boring and robotic. I’m thinking about something that can: generate smart follow-up questions automatically adapt questions based on user responses make onboarding/interviews feel human improve completion rates with AI-driven flow maybe even turn plain text into fully optimized forms But at the same time… the market already has giants like Typeform, Tally, Jotform, etc.
