Recursive, a startup creating AI that conducts experiments on how to safely improve itself, just came out of stealth. The company is valued at $4.65B, with backers including Google Ventures, Greycroft, Nvidia and AMD Ventures. Recursive CEO Richard Socher joins Caroline Hyde on "Bloomberg Tech." (
