Vibecoded a SPEED sampler for Anima in ComfyUI

I put together a ComfyUI custom node for SPEED (Spectral Progressive Diffusion) and pushed it here: ComfyUI-SPEED. SPEED is short for Spectral Progressive Diffusion. The basic idea is that diffusion models don’t need to do full high-res work right away, so SPEED starts smaller and gradually increases resolution as the image forms. That cuts down wasted compute early in the denoising process, which can make generation faster while still keeping detail later on.
