As a writer, I find it hilarious because the AI basically solved the winning prompt equation: [Caribbean Folklore] x [High Stakes Social Justice Issue: Femicide] + [Vivid Flora and Fauna Descriptions] = Regional Winner. The judges were so busy applauding the "sublime language" that they completely missed the whole grammatical errors as the writer used the tragic reality of femicide as a Trojan horse to slip its clunky prose past the them.
