I think ChatGPT has officially ruined my ability to write like a normal human being

I had to draft a simple, two-sentence email to my landlord yesterday and my brain completely blanked. I sat there for three minutes trying to think of the words before giving up, opening a new tab, and typing: "Make this polite: I am sending the rent money now." I feel like an absolute fraud.
