Can't download anything ChatGPT generates?

I am trying to use ChatGPT Pro Extended to create a PowerShell script. It thought for almost two hours! However, it gives me.ps1 links to download the script, and when I click on it, nothing happens. If I hover over the download link after clicking, I see the text "Starting download" with a static throbber icon next to it. In fact, previous.ps1 download links that it gave in the same chat that I downloaded with no problems now exhibit the same behavior.
