I've done what now...?

I have a Plus subscription and I use it for maybe 2-3 (usually) work related chats a day. I do post screenshots sometimes, however I don't think I am uploading so many that I would be hitting a limit. Wondering if anyone knows what this limit is or where I can see my usage around this?
