LTX 2 2.3 - Should I stay with Distilled or switch to Distilled GGUF?

I'm very happy with the results I get from the normal distilled model but I saw that the GGUF models are now released. I do know a few things about ComfyUI and Stable Diffusion but I don't know anything about GGUF. So my question is: Should I switch to a GGUF? And if so, which one? Q4, Q6, Q8? What are the benefits?
