[D] - Cross-retailer post-purchase outcome data doesn't exist as infrastructure. Is anyone working on this?

Posting this as a research question than anything else. Curious if there's prior work I'm missing. For recommendation systems in e-commerce, the dominant signals are browsing behavior, session data, explicit ratings, and within-platform purchase history. These are noisy, session-bounded, and siloed by retailer. What doesn't exist as far as I can tell: a normalized, cross-retailer dataset of post-purchase outcomes. Specifically what users bought, kept, returned, replaced with something else, or repurchased.
