[Research] AI training is bad, so I started an research

Hello, I started researching about Q:Why? R: Because is bad right now. Q: What do you mean its bad? R: Like when I said its bad right now, its like it take too much time even for model less than 500M params (like HOURS!), it need to be very very rapid not saying seconds (even if I wanted to be seconds) but likely few minutes not hours? Q: Why are you posting this? R: Because I kinda want help for this research, like i need a group of people.
