APEX-EM: Non-Parametric Online Learning for Autonomous Agents via Structured Procedural-Episodic Experience Replay

We present \textbf{APEX-EM}, a non-parametric online learning framework that accumulates, retrieves, and reuses structured procedural plans without modifying model weights.
