[D] Is it a bad look to not respond to this rebuttal acknowledgement?

My ICML scores are 5,4,2. We flagged the reject review to the AC immediately because it was comprised almost entirely of objectively false statements (like claiming we didn’t test against baselines that we did in fact test against). Regardless, we made sure to write a thorough and respectful rebuttal. Then in reviewer’s rebuttal acknowledgement they ignored their own original review as well as the rebuttal and brought up new critiques.
