This paper presents a deployed edge architecture for standing-water detection using Raspberry-Pi-class devices with optional Jetson acceleration. Camera input and environmental sensors (humidity, pressure, temperature) are combined in a finite-state machine (FSM) that acts as the architectural decision engine.
