Frozen Forecasting: A Unified Evaluation

Yet, evaluating whether a forecast is "correct" remains challenging due to the inherent uncertainty of the future. We propose a unified evaluation framework for assessing the forecasting capabilities of frozen vision backbones across diverse tasks and abstraction levels.
