FASE : A Fairness-Aware Spatiotemporal Event Graph Framework for Predictive Policing

We present FASE, a Fairness Aware Spatiotemporal Event Graph framework, which integrates spatiotemporal crime prediction with fairness constrained patrol allocation and a closed loop deployment feedback simulator.
