arXiv cs.LG endorsement - paper already presented and published [R]

Hi folks, I'm an independent researcher. I have submitted and presented in IEEE conferences and have also published a couple book on AI/ML security-related topics (Unfortunately, most of these are recent and are awaiting publication/indexing).
