Anyone actively researching Weight Space Learning? [D]

I’m exploring Weight Space Learning and looking to connect with folks and mentors interested in working on research problems in this domain. (i am by the way) Weight-space learning is a branch of machine learning that focuses on learning, reasoning, and operating directly in the space of neural network parameters (weights) rather than only on input-output behavior.
