We present OsteoOpt++, an image-to-decision planning loop for patient-specific mandibular reconstruction. A pre-operative computed tomography (CT) is converted into a personalized digital twin through template-to-patient registration and CT-derived updates of the muscle and temporomandibular-joint parameters.
