Radar Engineer to Autonomy/AI [D]

Hi all, I’ve spent the last 3 years working on Radar Perception for a legacy automotive project in Germany. My background is an MSc in Robotics & AI. Currently, I spend my time analyzing point clouds and SNR distributions to debug failures. It’s mathematically complex, but I’m not implementing any models or designing systems. I feel like I'm becoming a "PowerPoint Engineer" who knows a lot about noise but isn't building the future of autonomy.
