However, missing or corrupted vehicle identifiers prevent traditional matching approaches, leaving shipments without visibility. This paper presents Intelligent Truck Matching (ITM) 2.0, a machine learning system that addresses this critical gap by formulating matching as a probabilistic ranking problem.
