ML engineering (MLE) teams often involve diverse roles, ML engineers, data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts, each bringing unique goals, experiences, and jargon. These interdisciplinary dynamics can make it challenging to deploy, reproduce, and maintain ML-enabled systems over the long term.
