[D] Update: Burnout from the hiring process

I wrote a post 2 months ago about interviewing with over a dozen companies for research (a few engineering) internships, and not being able to land any offers, as basically an under-grad researcher. The original post A lot of things have happened since that post. First and foremost, I landed multiple offers from a couple of companies! I've accepted Microsoft's offer to do applied research this summer in Redmond! I'll keep it vague for obvious reasons, but I vibed with one of my interviewers really well and did well on the other technicals, so the offer came with his team.
