Center for Democracy & Technology, the Electronic Frontier Foundation, the Protect Democracy Project, and the Electronic Privacy Information Center Submit Comments Regarding the General Services Administration’s Draft AI Terms and Conditions for Federal Contracts

Today, the Center for cracy & Technology, the Electronic Frontier Foundation, the Protect cracy Project, and the Electronic Privacy Information Center submitted comments to the General Services Administration in response to the request for comment on the draft AI Terms and Conditions for federal solicitations and contracts. Our comments highlight how the draft AI Terms
