People Operations Associate / Specialist

The team and role Our operations team (15 full-time staff) runs HR, recruiting, finance, governance, legal, office management, events and some of our tech systems. We're planning to grow significantly this year to keep pace with the growth of the organisation. Your responsibilities may include: Building and running people operations systems that work for 50+ staff today and are ready to scale well beyond that - including onboarding and offboarding, visa sponsorship, payroll, benefits, and contra.
